At Prosocial Applications, Inc. we know the value of good customer support. That’s why we keep our support services internal, rather than outsourcing our customer service to another company. We know and understand our product better than anyone, and want our customers to have a swift and satisfying support experience.
Throughout the Smart PHR™ system, we have placed easy-to-follow instructional demos that answer many users’ questions. To access these demos, log in to your account click the professor icon (
) next to an item you want to learn more about and click.
If a demo can’t answer your question, we provide free email and follow-up telephone support to all authorized Smart PHR™ users. Log in to your Smart PHR™ account and click the help icon (
) on the toolbar at the top of your screen. You will be asked to describe your problem in as much detail as possible and an email and daytime telephone number so we can respond expediently. We are committed to respond to all requests within 2 business days (our typical response is only a matter of hours on M-F during normal 9-5 MT business hours). Please understand that we are not able to answer telephone inquiries. Your cooperation enables our small staff to efficiently handle the large volume of emails we receive daily and to offer you great value and very low subscription costs.
Forgotten Password
Your password is your key to protected health information and we want to be very certain that you and only you can access your Smart PHR™ account. For this reason, we are extremely careful when we issue new passwords to users. If you forget your password, send an email to info@thesmartphr.com. Include a daytime telephone number, first and last name, your time zone and when you are most easily reached. You will be contacted by a technical support specialist upon receipt of your email during normal operating hours (9-5 MT, M-F) who will ask you a series of questions to confirm your identity. Once we have confirmed your identity, you will be given a new temporary password. After logging in using this temporary password, you should change this password once again to an entry known only to you.
